In the event of a power outage, you should first check your fuses or circuit breakers. Please keep in mind that there may be a breaker directly under your meter on the meter pole. If you cannot locate the problem, check with your neighbors to see if they are also without power.
The fastest and easiest way to report an outage is by calling NineStar Connect to report the outage at (317) 326-3131 opt. 9. However, you can also submit outages online using our smarthub app (This requires creating an account, if you do not already have one).
If you have any information as to what might have caused the outage, please let us know that information. You should report any unusual noises or disturbances that you might have heard.
Please remember that during a major outage many people may be calling in at the same time. Our Call Center, operating 24/7/365, expedites all outage calls to our Linemen.
