How do I know if I am eligible?
This is taken care of once your broadband order is placed. Once you order broadband, our Engineering Department will need to pre-qualify your line. We will notify you if do not qualify for broadband, and keep your name on a future list as the network expands.
Will I need to give a username and password when I order?
The answer is yes. Even though there is a direct connection to NineStar Internet, a server still needs to authenticate you as a user. This is important because although broadband can be always on.
How do I sign up to have NineStar Internet handle my installation?
Simply tell us at the time we are putting in the service order that you would like an in-home installation and we will notify the installation team once the line has been tested to your home. Someone from NineStar Internet will contact you to schedule a time to complete the inside installation.
