Caller ID

Know who is calling before you answer. CALLER ID lets you see the calling party’s phone number before answering a call. A special display device located on or next to your phone is required to allow you to view this information.

CALLER ID with NAME and NUMBER lets you see the calling name and phone number before answering a call. A special display device located on or next to your phone is required to allow you to view this information.

 

Call Waiting ID

Know who is calling when you are on the phone. Like CALLER ID that lets you see the calling party’s name and/or phone number before answering a call, CALL WAITING ID will also tell you who is calling when you get a CALL WAITING notification. A phone that supports this feature is required to allow you to view this information.

Allows you to call 8 frequently called numbers by dialing only one digit. You will be responsible for any charges with any number programmed that is Long Distance.

Distinctive Ringing *61

Need to know who the call is for before you answer? Use this service to help you out! DISTINCTIVE RINGING – *61 allows you to program your telephone line to ring with a special ringing pattern whenever you are called from a select list of up to ten (10) phone numbers. Your phone will ring with a normal ringing pattern for all other calling numbers. If you also have Call Waiting, you will hear a distinctive Call Waiting tone whenever someone on your list calls you while you are on the phone.

Automatic Recall *69

Miss a call? Use this service to call them back. AUTOMATIC RECALL – *69 allows you to dial a code and automatically return the last call you received, there is no time limit to using the service. By ordering this service, you can use it an unlimited number of times. Or for your convenience, you can use it anytime for just $.75 per use.

Automatic Callback *66

Really need to get a hold of someone, but the phone is busy? Let this service do the work for you. AUTOMATIC CALLBACK- *66 – allows you to dial a code to have your phone continuously attempt to redial a busy number that you tried to call. When the line is free, you will be alerted with a special ringing and a call will automatically be made.

 

How do I use Automatic Callback – *66?

 

Anonymous Call Rejection *77

Number not showing on Caller ID? Use this service to forward them to a recording! When used with Caller ID, this service will route any incoming call that has its telephone number blocked to a recording. Your phone will not ring.

 

Selective Call Forward *63

Forward only the calls you want while you’re away with SELECTIVE CALL-FORWARD- *63 – allows you to create a list of numbers, and program them to be forwarded. When someone on your list calls, their call will ring to the forwarded phone number.

 

Selective Call Rejection *60

SELECTIVE CALL REJECTION – *60 – allows you to block selected incoming telephone numbers. The caller is routed to a recorded message and your phone does not ring.

 

Selective Call Acceptance *64

Only accept calls from the numbers YOU choose.

SELECTIVE CALL ACCEPTANCE- *64 – allows you to create a list of telephone numbers that you wish to receive. Callers not on the list will be routed to an announcement informing them their calls are not being accepted at this time.

 

Call Forward busy Fixed

When you are on the phone- have your calls automatically routed to a number you specify. Instead of getting a busy signal, CALL FORWARD BUSY FIXED allows you to automatically send a caller to a number you specify. While this is commonly used with Voice Mail, you can use any number.

Call Hold

Alternate between two calls at one time.

If you need to answer a call while you are already on the phone CALL HOLD allows you the freedom to put the first call on hold while talking to the second caller and switching between the two calls if need be.

 

Three-Way Call Transfer

Add a third party to the call without any Operator assistance, and you can exit the conversation while the remaining parties can continue talking.

 

Advanced Do Not Disturb

This feature allows the caller to complete the call after dial the PIN during the announcement message.
