Available to any member of NineStar Connect for continuous, year-round service for outdoor lighting where 120 volt service exists ahead of the meter loop.
Character of Service
A photoelectric controlled area lighting service using lamps and equipment available under this schedule. This includes photoelectric control equipment, lighting fixture, decorative pole, and bulb. Any additional investment required by the extension of secondary lines, or hanging of a transformer or installation of additional poles for the sole purpose of this service, will require a contribution by the member.
Two types of service are available under this schedule: i) NineStar Connect installed and owned; and, ii) power only service. With NineStar Connect installed and owned service, the developer or property owners’ association shall be responsible to make contributions for any additional investment such as extension of secondary lines, hanging a transformer, or installation of additional poles for the sole purpose of this service. The cost of the decorative fixtures, poles and lamps including installation costs are borne by NineStar Connect. Power only service is for lighting service where NineStar Connect supplies only unmetered capacity and energy required for area lighting service. The customer, developer or property owners’ association is responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of the lighting equipment. The lighting equipment remains the property of the developer or property owners’ association and the NineStar Connect will not be responsible for any costs of operating and maintaining such equipment.

MAINTENANCE OF CIP OWNED LIGHTS:
Maintenance of NineStar Connect Owned area lights shall be routinely scheduled during normal working hours at the NineStar Connect’s convenience. The member shall be required to pay for replacements due to vandalism or willful destruction.
Tax Adjustment:
The amount computed at the above monthly rate shall be subject to taxes, assessments, and surcharges imposed by any governmental authority.
