Rate Schedule A – Residential Electric Service

Availability

Available for all residential purposes and farm operations
through one meter to each individual dwelling unit. This schedule is available
to any member of NineStar Connect located within the territory served by
NineStar Connect.

Application

This schedule is applicable to all electric service used
exclusively for domestic and general farming purposes to individually metered
single-family dwelling units; to individually metered dwelling units in
duplexes, apartments, and condominiums, and for other purposes for which no
other specific rate is applicable.

Character of Service

Service under this schedule shall be single phase or three
phase at NineStar’s available standard voltages. Single Phase service shall be
provided where power required for any motors not to exceed 10 hp. Three Phase
service shall be provided for service requiring transformer capacity up to 50
kVA and where motor capacity requires more than 10 hp. All residential service
required on the premises by the customer will be supplied through one meter.
Standby, or resale service, is not permitted hereunder.

Monthly Rate

Energy Charge:

Single Phase…………………….. $0.102750 per kWh
Three Phase…………………….. $0.098086 per kWh

Customer Charge:

Single Phase…………………$35.08 per month
Three Phase…………………$103.95 per month

Monthly Minimum Charge

The monthly minimum charge under this rate schedule shall be
the customer charge.

Purchased Power Cost Adjustment:

The amount computed at the above monthly rate shall be
adjusted plus or minus by an amount calculated in accordance with the formula
specified in NineStar Connects Purchased Power Cost Adjustment Clause (the
power supplier’s quarterly wholesale fuel adjustment in $ per kWh adjusted for
line loss + the power supplier’s quarterly wholesale non-fuel purchased power
adjustment in $ per kWh adjusted for line loss + the power supplier’s wholesale
base rate cost per kWh sold.), which is a part of the “Monthly Rate” of this
rate schedule.

Tax Adjustment:

The amount computed at the above monthly rate as adjusted by
the application of the purchased power cost adjustment clause shall be subject
to taxes, assessments, and surcharges imposed by any governmental authority.
