Availability
Available for all residential purposes and farm operations through one meter to each individual dwelling unit. This schedule is available to any member of NineStar Connect located within the territory served by NineStar Connect.
Application
This schedule is applicable to all electric service used exclusively for domestic and general farming purposes to individually metered single-family dwelling units; to individually metered dwelling units in duplexes, apartments, and condominiums, and for other purposes for which no other specific rate is applicable
Character of Service
Service under this schedule shall be single phase or three phase at NineStar’s available standard voltages. Single Phase service shall be provided where power required for any motors not to exceed 10 hp. Three Phase service shall be provided for service requiring transformer capacity up to 50 kVA and where motor capacity requires more than 10 hp. All residential service required on the premises by the customer will be supplied through one meter. Standby, or resale service, is not permitted hereunder.

Customer Charge:

Monthly Minimum Charge
The monthly minimum charge under this rate schedule shall be the customer charge.
Purchased Power Cost Adjustment:
The amount computed at the above monthly rate shall be adjusted plus or minus by an amount calculated in accordance with the formula specified in NineStar Connect’s Purchased Power Cost Adjustment Clause (Appendix A), which is a part of the “Monthly Rate” of this rate schedule.
Tax Adjustment:
The amount computed at the above monthly rate as adjusted by the application of the purchased power cost adjustment clause shall be subject to taxes, assessments, and surcharges imposed by any governmental authority.
