January 19, 2021 – Maxwell, McCordsville, Mohawk, and Knightstown

Service Impact: Voice Services, Internet, Video

Reason: This work is to finalize implementing new network configurations for voice services along with some core router upgrades. This may cause intermittent voice outages to all customers Internet and video may be impacted during router upgrades in the mentioned areas. This maintenance will begin at 1:00 am and be concluded by 5:00 am.

September 22, 2020 – Phone MaintenanceComplete

Service Impact: All phone service provided by NineStar

Reason: NineStar voice engineers will be performing work on our phone network. Phone services will be completely offline for 15 to 30 minutes while we position new resources into service. The maintenance will begin at 1am and should be concluded by 5am. All other services will be unaffected during this time.

September 2, 2020 – Phone Switch Maintenance – Complete

Service Impact: All phone service provided by NineStar

Reason: We will be doing work to start bringing in additional resources into our phone switch. During this time, we expect phone services to be completely out for approximately 30 minutes while these resources are brought into service and tested.

July 22, 2020 – Emergency Maxwell – Complete

Service Impact: All services in the listed area(s) will experience intermittent loss.

Reason: We will be replacing a piece of equipment in our routing platform at Maxwell to resolve some impacting issues we’ve identified.

July 14, 2020 – Willow Branch – Complete

Service Impact: All services in the listed area(s) will experience intermittent loss.

Reason: We are upgrading back-end connections for future bandwidth needs for the area.

July 9, 2020 – McCordsville – Complete

Service Impact: All services in the listed area(s) will experience intermittent loss.

Reason: We will be upgrading our local area router to a new router and platform. This will start utilizing a new paltform providing better reliability, future network features and speed upgrades.

July 8, 2020 – Maxwell – Complete

Service Impact: All services in the listed area(s) will experience intermittent loss.

Reason: We will be upgrading our local area router to a new router and platform. This will start utilizing a new paltform providing better reliability, future network features and speed upgrades.

June 17, 2020 – Mohawk/Buck Creek / New Palestine/ Cumberland / Gem / BoMar – Complete

Service Impact: All services in the listed area(s) will experience intermittent loss.

Reason: We will be upgrading our local area router to a new router and platform. This will start utilizing a new paltform providing better reliability, future network features and speed upgrades.

June 10, 2020 – Internal ONTs (844G) – Complete

Service Impact: Any Customer with internal ONTs (844) in all serving areas.

Reason: We will be upgrading firmware on these ONTs due to a problem observed where they will be stuck in a booting state requiring intervention to restore services. This upgrade will resolve the issue to allow a better customer experience preventing unwanted service impacts.

June 3, 2020 – Knightstown – Complete

Service Impact: All services in the listed area(s) will experience intermittent loss.

Reason: We will be upgrading our local area router to a new router and platform. This will start utilizing a new paltform providing better reliability, future network features and speed upgrades.

April 22, 2020: Johnson County & Indianapolis – Complete

Service Impact: All services in the listed area(s) will experience intermittent loss.

Reason: We are upgrading software on our router platform to improve stability and upgrading specific network segments to 100G for future service growth.
