Water & Sewer

Utilities You Need from the Team You Trust

NineStar Connect’s water and wastewater division is committed to delivering fresh, safe drinking water to your tap, protecting public health, and supporting sustainable economic growth in Hancock County. And we’re doing all of it through our nonprofit cooperative—meaning our goal is to benefit you, our members, and not corporate bottom lines and shareholders.

Keeping it All Together

NineStar’s wet utilities are another addition to the one-stop-shop our members enjoy. Built with smart growth for Hancock County in mind, our water utilities deliver reliable, cost-conscious service and allow our member homes, businesses, and schools the convenience of bundling them together with the other products  we provide.

Frequently Asked Questions

We’re in the water and sewer business because offering well-managed infrastructure, including these important services, to underserved rural, unincorporated areas drives economic growth in the community, which is good for everyone. Our services increase land value across east central Indiana and encourage economic growth that, in turn, creates a larger tax base and decreases individual tax burdens. And, we deliver high-quality tap water, too!
