• OUT to report an outage using your smartphone.
• STATUS for an outage update.
• HELP for more information.
• STOP to opt out of Outage Alerts.
How to enroll:
- Login to SmartHub, add or update your mobile phone number.
- Call 317.326.3131 to speak with a customer service member to add your mobile number.
