Dear Valued Email Subscriber,
As we mentioned in a previous notice, NineStar Connect is preparing for a migration of your email service to an updated Webmail platform.
To make it a smooth conversion for you, please take note of the following:
- You may continue to send and receive email as always during this time.
- We may ask you to make some changes to settings if you are using an email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.) after the conversion. Please do NOT adjust your mail client or mobile settings until AFTER the migration is complete. We will let you know when to take these steps if needed.
- NOTE: We will never ask you for personal information or your email password!
We are targeting November 29th, 2022for the migration to the upgraded webmail platform with new services becoming available on the morning of November 30th, 2022. We will notify you once the webmail migration is complete. As a reminder, we will move messages from the current webmail platform to the new. We will make sure that no webmail is lost, however, minor service interruptions may be experienced during this time. The migration of older webmail may take a few hours to complete.
After the migration, Residential email users can continue to access your Webmail services by logging into Webmail at https://webmail.myninestar.net or https://userportal.myninestar.net with your current email address and password.
