Dear Valued Email Subscriber,
NineStar will be upgrading to a new webmail platform which will increase your available storage capacity to 15GB. This migration is currently planned for Tuesday, November 29th, 2022, starting at 9:00pm. NineStar will be moving all existing email and settings over to the new platform. You can continue to send and receive email as always.
On the evening of the change over you can access the upgraded webmail platform by logging into mail.myninestar.net or https://userportal.myninestar.net (will be live after the migration).
If you use an email client (Outlook, MacMail, Thunderbird, etc.) you will need to ensure that the username and email address field contain your full email address (i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org). This applies to devices including PC’s, laptops, tablets & smartphones. After the conversion, using just your userID (“myemail”) in this field will not allow you to log in. *This change cannot be made prior to the changes on the 29th. We will send detailed instructions on this with the next reminder. You may see a few duplicate emails from the conversion; if you do, those can be deleted.
NOTE: We will never ask you for your email password!
