Operating Principles

Cooperatives are different kinds of companies. While Wall Street measures successes in the size of profits and returns on
investments, these types of metrics can’t really be applied to utility cooperatives like NineStar Connect where the focus is on quality of services and improving the quality of place of its members. We have set forth our operating principles as a report card of sorts for our members to review just how well NineStar is doing as a cooperative utility. We welcome your feedback on this effort.
